Level 2 Integration Status

MOVING RIGHT ALONG, THAT'S WHAT WE'RE DOING, AND THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD BE DOING, NOTHING TO SEE HERE, NOTHING AT ALL....

But Seriously :)

Google Cart is a wonderful thing. I am learning a lot about e-commerce that I only suspected in the past, and thanks to google's sandboxen, it is convenient for me to bumble my way through it.

Right now, I have the server to server notification process wired up, though I am not using it in any meaningful way whatsoever.

Don't worry, once I have it working you'll here me yelling way up there in Redmond.

Cheers!

All Systems GO for Level Two Integration

Right, then.

So, the SSL cert recently obtained provides a means to secure access to http://pixelgoop.net, and I would imagine, virtual hosts and subdomains of that server as well. The important thing is that it secure pixelgoop.net.

The big question now though, is whether I have to do valid SSL from the sandbox, or do I now need to move all related dev work onto the 'prod' server at godaddy.com.

Oh well, I'll find out when I get that far along.
Ssl cert obtained from godaddy for the pixelgoop.net domain.

AMIRITE HUH?

Yeah probably, but that's is a pretty one-sided conversation :) - I think I am finished with 'Level 1 Integration' of the google cart API. I expect to be assimilated at some point during 'Level 2 Integration'.

The short story is, I'm doing everything but automated order processing at this point. That's right 'round the corner.

Cheers!

WHAT AM I DOIN: HEY IS TIHS TWEETER?

Looks like the google-based shopping cart stuff is slowly coming together - coming together is good, because slowly is not.

It's for good reason though - I have been running the girls and mom all over hell and high water the past few days and it isnt really slowing down at present. I'll probably end up working over the weekend. The good news is, once its done there isnt much that has to be done to it, even when there's new content.
